I have been going to PosAbility for 3 years both in Exning and Soham. I have found the staff (instructors) not only very capable but also very friendly and helpful. They make you feel at ease whilst doing your exercises and activities.
I wholeheartedly recommend anyone with a disability to go to PosAbility as I not only find it most enjoyable but I have noticed improvements in my mobility.

I suffered a bleed on the brain leaving me confined to a wheelchair. Since becoming a Pos+Ability client I am now able to walk upstairs with support and I am able to take steps with the aid of a stick.
PosAbility staff have given me hope that one day I will recover.
Climbing those stairs was a massive achievement for me. I had tears in my eyes.

I had a stroke two years ago and was referred to PosAbilty by the physiotherapist at the Princess of Wales Hospital, Ely.
I enjoy the class on a Thursday, as it gives me the opportunity to exercise and to interact with other people.
The staff who take our classes are very caring and very well trained, working with us on one to one basis. I also enjoy the memory and quiz games. Everyone is very friendly.
By me, attending, PosAbility, it gives my wife the opportunity to meet her friends for coffee and relax. It benefits us both enormously.

We would like to say a big thank you to the PosAbility Team at Littleport.
My husband has been unable to move his legs and feet for the past 7 years, owing to spinal stroke during an operation to remove his bladder.
He had 3 years of physio with no results.
Since coming to your group in July this year the team have got some movement in his legs and feet.
We are so grateful for all the help and encouragement the team give to him. He has a much better attitude to cope with things.
Long may you carry on with good work.
